Fancy Nancy Grew Up! And a Couple of Other Surprises!!

Claire loves Fancy Nancy books, so I bought her the next stage – a Nancy Clancy book. It’s a chapter book, and we’ve been reading one chapter a night. She really likes it, even though it requires her to use her imagination since it has very few pictures.

When we got home from Minneapolis, there were two packages waiting for us!

The first was another of Claire’s “just because I love you” gifts from Grandma – another Peppa Pig book!!!

The second was a box from Gramps, Aunt Kasey and Aunt Dawn.

They even sent along a surprise for Cale!

The first thing Friday morning, both kids wanted to color in their new books!

Claire has been collecting the Disney princesses. On Tuesday she got Mulan.

Fairy Godmother

Claire loves Cinderella. On Monday, she got Fairy Godmother for her birthday!

Her face is fabulous! I love the joy this child brings!

Silvermist & A Slumber Party

Claire loves the Disney Fairies. On Sunday she got Silvermist – the water fairy.

Sunday morning we went to church and then went to MiMi and PopPop’s house to celebrate PopPop’s birthday. After that party, Analise, Allie and Kenley came over for a slumber party! (Uncle Matt, Aunt Randi, Kenley and Maren are in town this week.)

On Saturday, we celebrated Allie’s 3rd birthday at Uncle and Aunt Shannon’s house. Their new house has a pool! Claire got a new swimsuit and new goggles for her birthday.
