Claire has been collecting the Disney Princess Pez dispensers. Until yesterday she had all of them except for Mulan.
Claire also really likes the Disney Palace Pets. So she got some of those too.

Claire LOVES Frozen. What little girl doesn’t? She is a huge fan of Elsa, the Snow Queen. So we got her an Elsa cup that has floating glitter and snowflakes. She pretty much thinks that we’re the greatest parents ever!

For the last six or seven months Claire has been fascinated with the idea of loosing her teeth and the Tooth Fairy coming to visit her in the night. I think her love of the Tooth Fairy came from an episode of Peppa Pig.
At any rate, Claire is crazy about the Tooth Fairy and checks her teeth for any “wobbly” ones almost daily. (As yet, we have no wobbly teeth to report.) So we got her a Tooth Fairy pillow to put her teeth in when they fall out to make it easy for the Tooth Fairy to find them and easy for Claire to find her money left by the Tooth Fairy.

Two of Claire’s favorite things. For Christmas got the Little People Disney Princess Songs Palace, and she loves it! On Friday she got two more princesses to go with her palace – Tiana (from Princess and the Frog) and Rapunzel (from Tangled).
She also received a strawberry grow kit. Claire loves to grow things, and she loves strawberries, so this is the perfect gift for her!

I can hardly believe that this is the fifth time that I’ve kicked off Claire’s birthday month. The past five years have been so sweet and fun! My girl has brought so much joy into our lives. It’s so much fun to give her a month of celebration to show her how much she’s loved and cherished and appreciated. We are so thankful that God gifted us with this beautiful girl! She has stolen my heart totally and completely!
Without further ado… the festivities!!
Today Claire got a birthday shirt. I gave it to her on the first day of the birthday month so that she can wear it all month long. (Turns out from past experience that these little things come in handy. You can get all kinds of freebies at the mall and at restaurants, etc. Why not let the world join in our month-long celebration?!)

I haven’t posted since December, so I am WAY behind. I am having problems getting videos to upload to Blogger, and I have taken a lot of great videos that I can’t get on here. And my phone crashed. I don’t really know where all of my pictures are now, but they’re somewhere on my computer. Oh well. Since Claire’s birthday month starts tomorrow, I figured I’d better post the details from the last four months before I get into all of that.
First, for those of you that helped Claire raise money for her church project to feed local kids, she raised over $38!!! She was SO excited! The kids at our church campus raised more than $6,000 and filled more than 75,000 backpacks!!! Thank you for helping her with this!
Claire has taken two sessions of gymnastics and is an amazing gymnast! She has great balance and strength and flexibility. I have some great videos…
Claire has learned to read and has recently started writing her name with upper and lower-case letters.
Claire took her first communion on Sunday, March 2nd. She thought that it was so special to be able to partake. We have pictures somewhere…
Claire got accepted into Seven Hills Classical Academy!! We are all very excited about this! Claire cannot wait to go to school! We recently attended Kindergarten Round-Up. Pictures will be posted when I find them.
Claire and Cale got two new cousins – Ashlyn and Brenna. They are so beautiful! We can’t wait to meet them and snuggle them!
We went to Washington to celebrate Granny’s 80th birthday. That was a great trip!
Claire learned to tie her shoes yesterday. She’s such a quick learner!

My girl performed in her second ballet recital last Friday. She was beautiful!
She has developed a lot of skill and really loves to dance. She’s also making a lot of friends!

Since moving to Minnesota, Claire has been taking ballet at the YMCA. She’s been going to class on Monday evenings for the last 14 weeks. On Friday, her class, along with the class older and the class younger, performed excerpts of The Nutcracker and then together performed Jingle Bell Rock.
